Do you ever wonder what life would be like with no one else on earth? Just you and nature together, yet all alone.
The sun as your lightbulb, the grass as your bed, the rivers as water, trees to shelter your head. No technology, no buildings, no people, nothing we live with today. Just you and nature together, yet all alone.
Hard to think about... isn't it?

Imagine waking up to a beautiful blue skies and marshmallow clouds. Imagine having not a care in the world.
Not having to worry about school, or work, or how many likes you can get on Snapchat, Facebook, and Instagram. Not having to worry about what other people think, or how you look. Just you and nature together, yet all alone.

Imagine being one with the wind and one with the skies. One with the animals and birds flying high.
Living a life consisting of nothing complex. Just you and nature together, yet all alone.

Okay, now imagine yourself as a settler living in this world 200 years ago. The train was a brand new invention. It was their first mechanical transportation, and they were so excited to have it. Little did they now, in the near future there would be gasoline powered cars, and steamboats and who knows what else!

Back then, people labored and worked so, so hard to support themselves and their families. Almost 2.5 million people dedicated their lives to working as a freight, stock or material mover, using just their hands and strength.

Visiting Canmore gave me an amazing insight on how things used to be and how they are now, as well as deepen my love for nature, and all it has to give us.
Make sure you go visit Canmore, in Alberta, Canada and learn more about history too! Take a long walk through the forest paths and admire what nature has to give us, because nature is a beautiful thing, and it deserves to be loved by more than just the animals.
May this everyday blog written by an everyday teenage make your day 1 in a million.
